The Classroom Consultants is an education recruitment agency with consultants, resourcers, and administrators who between them have over 15 years of experience in education recruitment in the UK.
We believe in recruiting staff who can inspire and nurture students, to ensure they have a positive education experience that will stay with them beyond an academic setting.
We pride ourselves on rigorous vetting procedures to ensure anyone we send into your school is qualified to do so. Each client school is paired with a dedicated consultant who supports you along your recruitment journey.

Yes we do. Please call us in the morning and we will send you staff as soon as we can.
We are able to provide staff on a temporary or permanent basis. For permanent staff, we can help with shortlisting CVs, initial interviews, and arranging trial days for final shortlisted job seekers if required.
We are a London based agency but work with schools across the UK.
All categories of education staff from school support staff (teaching assistants etc) to senior leadership and head teachers.

Yes, we do. We work around our job seekers’ requirements so can be flexible with when you can work to make it suitable for you.
This depends on the compliance checks we are required to do. For example, references and a DBS check. We will inform you of anything outstanding before you can work.
All job seekers are paid PAYE through our payroll company.
