About The Classroom Consultants
The Classroom Consultants is an education recruitment agency with consultants, resourcers and administrators who between them have 15 years + experience in education recruitment in the UK.
We believe in recruiting staff who can inspire and nurture students, to ensure they have a positive education experience that will stay with them beyond an academic setting.
We pride ourselves on having high standards of vetting procedures to ensure anyone we send in to your school is qualified to do so. You will have your own dedicated consultant to help meet your school’s individual needs and support you along your recruitment journey.
We are passionate about working with candidates to aid in finding the right role for their skill set, future ambitions and personal circumstances. Whether you are new to the education sector or an experienced educator, your dedicated consultant will work with you to help you reach your career goals.
We are able to provide staff on a temporary or permanent basis. For temporary roles, that includes last minute (including same day) cover, pre-arranged cover (eg annual leave or training days) or long-term supply (eg to cover a class while you look for a permanent member of staff).

We are open from 7am Monday – Friday during term time, so can help with any last minute cover needs. If you have a staff member who calls in sick, give us a call and we will get you cover as quickly as possible.

How do we start working with you?Please fill in our ‘Contact us’ form or give us a call and we will give you all the information you need to get started with us.

Do you provide same day cover?Yes, we do. You can give us a call on the morning you need cover, and we will do our best to send you staff ASAP.

Do you provide permanent staff or just temporary?We can provide permanent and temporary staff members. For permanent roles, we can help assist with shortlisting CVs, arranging interviews/trial lessons, vetting etc, everything you need to help recruit the right staff member for your role.

Which areas in the UK do you cover?We are a London based agency but can provide long term and permanent members of staff to schools across the UK.

What categories of staff can you provide?We recruit all categories of staff, from support staff to teachers and senior leadership roles.

Where are the schools you work with based?The schools we work with are mainly based in London, but we are expanding across the UK.

Do you offer part time roles?Yes, we do. We work around our candidates’ requirements so can be flexible with when you can work to make it suitable for you.

How soon after registering can I work?This depends on how quickly we can get your compliance information back (eg DBS applications, references etc). After you have completed your initial registration, we will let you know what information we are waiting for to clear you for work and try to give you a rough timeframe.

How will I be paid?We pay all candidates PAYE through a payroll company. Further information regarding this will be provided during the registration process.
